PLA / PLA+

PLA is short for Polylactic Acid, a thermoplastic polymer that is derived from renewable resources, more specifically from Corn starch or Sugar cane. PLA is a fully biodegradable thermoplastic polymer consisting of renewable raw materials. PLA is by far the most popularly used material for additive manufacturing.

PLA is suitable for printing larger models and the surface finish is generally higher than most other filament options .

PETG

PETG is short for Polyethylene Terephtalate Glycol-modified and is a type of Copolyester. PETG is the perfect filament to combine strength and ductility, which is why it is used in so many mechanical parts and robotics. It has great chemical resistance with good water, acidid and alkalic resistance.
