ABS Plus filament, net weight of 1 kg (2.2 lbs), outer diameter 210 mm on the reel, with an inside opening of 60 mm diameter and a width of 62 mm. The filament is vacuum sealed and contains a bag that absorbs moisture and allows the filament to remain fresh. The thickness of the ABS filament is 1.75mm.
ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) filament is stiffer, stronger, and flexible. It is designed for professional use. Most often it is used to produce prototypes, which must withstand higher temperatures. Finished products that are made of ABS filament are exceptionally durable and impact resistant. For superior results, you must print at a temperature of 230–260°C. Filament AzureFilm ABS Plus is compatible with most 3D printers. For printing with an ABS filament, we recommend that the printer be closed, and the table should be heated to 100–120°C. Please note that the range in the printing temperature may slightly differ depending on the use of other printers
If the printed product of ABS filament is placed under a cup with wipes soaked in acetone, it becomes smooth, and there are no noticeable layers in the 3D printing that appear during the printing process. The product should be left under the cup for about five minutes.
