Auto Rising Dual Extruders 420 ℃
The D1000 is embedded with new smart auto-rising dual-extruder kit with hotend temperatures up to 420 ℃, The hotend can be replaced to a different size both quickly and easily. It is able to print not only huge PLA and water soluble materials such as PVA and BVOH.
For prototyping with the fastest speed, but also ABS, PC, Nylon, Carbon Fiber, Flexible and more high performance
material for direct applications. The dual-hotend is easy to maintain and affordable to replace.

Outage Restore & Filament Detection
The printer will automatically memorize the current position and save the print data. It will lower the platform and withdraw filament when there is a break in power. It will continue to print from the last stopped point after powering back on.

The printer will avoid invalid printing by stoping the print and warning when the  filament runs out.

Linear rail and Servo motors
When it reachs to 1000mm + in length, small rail has a large deflection. The D1000 accurate linear rail structure is very thick and strong. It won’t deform or lose precision.

With servo motors, timeliness, fast response, no inertia, no delays. Closed-loop control of positioning overcomes the problem of losing steps. Heat and noise are significantly reduced. It gives print model ultra high performance with a high speed.

Heated Chamber and Filament Dry Room
The 60°C heated chamber ensures print quality for high performance materials. The fully enclosed chamber can block all external interferences. Also the frame can reduce noises, at the same time to providing a constant temperature, so that the model will not deform.

The filament dry room provides chamber temperatures of 45°C and 65°C to dry 2*5kg/roll rolls of filament like PLA, nylon, PC, ABS and other materials with high water absorption.

Auto Leveling Platform
Use of 100 points through the high-precision servo probe saves the level of the platform flatness data. Enabling the Z-axis intelligent compensation table height in the printing process to achieve fully automatic leveling.

HEPA Air Filter
The air filter system can absorb impurities and gases that are generated by printing special filaments like ABS, Nylon, and PC. It is safer and environmentally protected and is more suitable for house, school, and office spaces.

Camera Control Technology
Camera control technology allows customers to control the printing process and speed, pause, change temp, etc. Using an APP remotely, which can get the best printing quality in the shortest time without failure. A very useful feature for large models with long printing times.

The whole-steel body not only ensures the stability during printing but also greatly extends working life. The optimization and cooperation of the overall structure ensure sustainable and efficient operation. The first batch of CreatBot 3D printers with whole-steel bodies have been working for 9 years and more than 30,000 hours.
